Our prices can fluctuate for many reasons and for that reason we are unable to refund the difference if an item goes on sale. Please be assured that sales at Son of a Stag are very rarely heard of.
If an item is out of stock you will be made aware of this when selecting the variant on the product page. If this is the case you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if/when we will be re-stocking the item and to be added to our waiting list.

Once your order has been dispatched you will no longer be able to change/cancel your order, however you may return the goods after having received them for a refund subject to our Refund Policy.

Returning an item is a straight forward process. Simply fill in the Returns Form you received with your order and send the item(s) back via post/courier. We will take care of the rest.
Once we have received your return, you will receive a Refund Confirmation email informing you that we have processed your refund.
You can expect to receive your refund within 3-5 working days of receiving your Refund Confirmation email.
Once we have received the original item back, we will usually dispatch the exchange item the very same day, you will receive a new tracking number via email for the new dispatched item.
When returning an item back to us we will refund the price of the goods returned and not the shipping costs. If the item you have received is faulty and you do not want an exchange, only then would you be entitled to a refund of shipping costs.
